Wire EDMs
Sectioning with wires of φ0.1-0.3mm enables less cutting allowance, which makes it possible for customers to make use of their valuable materials.
A large wire EDM, 2000mm x 1600mm x 380mm, is equipped to allow high work speed and is capable of cutting up large wrought materials and metal mold materials, and machining to a fine configuration with accuracy.
Bandsaw
With this machine, sectioning of samples of 3800mm x 1600mm x 600 mm and round bars of 600mm diameter is is available.
Wheel Cutter
Cutting speed is sufficient to section various materials in a short time.
